Formed in the cold November of 2004 by 5 friends sharing a mutual longing to pick up where Botch left off by playing music both noisey and mathy, our songs are equal parts metalcore technicality, punk-rock recklessness and electronic hip-swaying. ...So, put simply, we're a hardcore band but with a few fun bits just for the ladies. After all, being in a band is a waste of time if people aren’t having a good time. Emerald Eye are a noisy, experimental/progressive metal band consisting of Bass, Drums and Vocals, they formed as an upshoot, in the demise of a previous line up.
